The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has revealed that it would not share the responsibility of appointing collation and returning officers with groups, individuals or political parties. The Federal Government through the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority could impose a total penalty of $94,500 on international airlines for breaching COVID-19 safety protocols as established by the Presidential Task Force. The Federal Capital Territory Administration has directed schools to reopen on October 11. It said there will be no third term, and cautioned owners of private schools against demanding the third term fees.
