The Police Command in Lagos State said it arrested a 21-year-old woman, simply identified as Blessing, for allegedly stealing a one-month-old baby boy. The Commissioner for Health, Baba Malam-Gana, said this at the inauguration of the vaccination exercise on Tuesday in Maiduguri.
