President Bola Tinubu has approved the release of five per cent of all federal government’s social intervention programmes to senior citizens. The National Centre for Senior Citizens (NCSS) says it secured 21.6 hectares of arable land in Ushafa, Bwari area council for its ‘Grandmother Arise’ programme. The police command in Kogi State on Sunday said two of the abducted students of Confluence University of Science and Technology, Osara, have been killed by their abductors.
