The Delta State Police Command has arrested a 31-year-old man, Chukwemeka Destiny, for allegedly masterminding a plot to kidnap his aunt who raised him from childhood. Panic gripped residents of a community in Kano State after suspected terrorists launched an attack that left one person dead and several others injured.
