A woman, believed to be a caregiver, has been caught on video taping the mouth of a toddler. The 40-second footage, shared by Starnews NG, shows the woman remaining indifferent to the child’s distress and cries.
In the video, the woman laughs uncontrollably while speaking in Yoruba, saying, “I feel sorry for you, or else I would have taped your mouth shut. Be quiet so your mother can see how much you’re bothering me.”
As of now, Starnews has not been able to verify the location of the incident.
