For the first time since his suspension, Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara made a public appearance on Sunday.

He was spotted at Salvation Ministry in Port Harcourt, where he regularly worships, putting an end to speculations about his whereabouts.

Upon his arrival, a senior pastor warmly welcomed him before he joined the congregation for the service. Unlike his usual official outings, his convoy was subdued, with no visible government insignia.

Fubara’s appearance comes at a time of heightened political tension in Rivers State, as leadership disputes and governance concerns remain in the spotlight.

Details later.
