Beverly Osu shares why she prefers dating older men
Nollywood actress Beverly Osu has revealed her reasons for preferring relationships with older men over younger ones.
Speaking during an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, which was posted on his YouTube channel, Osu explained that she is drawn to older partners primarily because they are more capable of meeting her financial needs.
“I still date men who are older than me,” she said. “But the older men I’ve dated were just boyfriends, not sugar daddies.
There was never a serious relationship between us.”
She emphasized her desire for attention and quality time in a relationship, adding that dating men her age or younger doesn’t usually meet those emotional needs.
Reflecting on past experiences, Osu admitted that dating a married man didn’t work out for her.
“I don’t want to be another woman’s sadness,” she stated.
“I don’t know how to pretend to love someone, and I don’t want to feel indebted to any man.”
