Nigerian street-pop star Portable has been gifted N20M in cash by Burna Boy after defeating Speed Darlington in a boxing match.

The highly anticipated celebrity bout took place on April 18 at the Balmoral Convention Centre in Lagos, where Portable knocked out Speed Darlington in the first round.
Following his victory, Portable shared the exciting news on his social media, revealing that Burna Boy had rewarded him with a generous N20M cash prize.
It’s worth noting that there is ongoing tension between Burna Boy and Speed Darlington, with the two having a strained relationship, which has even resulted in Burna Boy reportedly locking Speed Darlington out of certain spaces.
In a celebratory post on Instagram, Portable expressed his gratitude, writing, “20 million from @burnaboygram. If you wanna be like Odogwu, can you do like Odogwu? God bless your family.”
