Tragedy struck on Wednesday night, March 4, 2026, as two people reportedly lost their lives in a hit-and-run accident along Oda Road, opposite Bovas Filling Station.

The crash involved a Toyota car and a commercial motorcycle, with eyewitnesses describing the collision as severe.

One witness, who preferred to remain anonymous, said the motorcycle riders were killed instantly following the impact. “The Toyota collided head-on with the bike, and the force of the crash was devastating,” the witness said.

According to the source, the driver of the Toyota vehicle fled the scene immediately after the accident. The vehicle’s registration number has not been identified, making it difficult for authorities to trace the culprit.
