She pleaded not guilty to both.
According to the prosecutor, Inspector Elijah Adejare, the incident occurred on March 27 around 10:00 a.m. at No. 8 Peace Avenue, Ado-Ekiti.
He told the court that Ogundele allegedly stole a Tecno Provonio phone belonging to one Opeloye Abosede and acted in a disruptive manner.
The alleged offences violate Sections 302 and 181(1)(d) of the Criminal Law of Ekiti State, 2021.
