Four men appeared before the Iyaganku Magistrates’ Court in Ibadan on Thursday for allegedly stealing an electric transformer cable worth N2.5 million. The defendants are charged with conspiracy and stealing, but they pleaded not guilty. The prosecutor, Insp Oladejo Balogun, told the court that the defendants committed the offences in March and April near Police Mobile Gate, Eleyele, Ibadan.
