APC Ondo East constituency passes vote Of confidence on Oladiji’s Leadership

The leadership of the All Progressives Congress,APC, Ondo East constituency have passed a vote of confidence on the Speaker, Ondo State House of Assembly Rt.Hon. Chief Olamide Oladiji who is representing the area.

Speaking with newsmen shortly after a meeting with the APC State Engr. Chairman,Ade Adetimehin in Akure,the leaders affirmed that the Speaker has been representing the area well with various landmark projects and empowerment, commending his quality leadership style.

The APC Chairman,Ondo East local government,Mr Busayo Olamigoke informed that they met with the State party Chairman in respect to the protest some people did against the Speaker yesterday , describing the protesters as rented crowd.

According to him,he is here with all the local government executives,all the ten wards Chairmen and the two local governments transition Committee Chairmen and members including notable party leaders from the local government.

“We unanimously pass a vote of confidence on Chief Olamide Oladiji because he has been representing us well and performing.He has started constructing boreholes in all the ten wards with not less than five completed, building market in Sasere ward 9 among others.

“He has been doing education empowerment and planning to do another one with numerous achievements,he is a wonderful man and a blessing to the local government ‘,he said.

Also, the Transition Committee Chairman, Ondo East local government,Mr Joshua Duyilemi posited that they are fully behind the Speaker , saying those who just came to Akure are the real party leaders and members.”Oladij is a man of the people and has been doing tremendously well for the local government and the State at large.

“It has been resolved that everybody should be united and work together for the betterment of the Party and the State”.

Speaking, the Transmission Committee Chairman for Ondo North/East local council development area,Epe , Mr Jimoh Adebayo informed that they saw it on social media yesterday that some people came to Akure to blackmail the Speaker which necessitated the meeting with the State Chairman to informed him about their own part and position.

He affirmed that only four out of the protesters are party members, while others were picking from a neighboring state, saying that the State Party Chairman will use his own mechanism to settle it.”Their is no division,we are happy back home”.

The Vice Chairman Ondo North/ East LCDA, Princess Temmison Akinfolarin noted that the resolution of the State Chairman is in order, describing the Speaker as a man of substance.

“How can you accuse a man who is well made before venturing into politics of selling parliative,he is a giver and kind hearted.The parliative were not sold but swapped because, the maize grain cannot be eating but planted, therefore it was swapped to farmers to get rice in return “,she explained.
