A House of Representatives aspirant for Akoko South East/Akoko South West Federal Constituency on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Hon. Seun Oluwashina Ajongbolo, has intensified mobilisation efforts in support of President Bola Tinubu ahead of the party’s presidential primary.
Ajongbolo called on APC members, supporters and political stakeholders across the constituency to participate actively in the party process, stressing the need for unity and loyalty within the ruling party.
Speaking during an engagement with supporters and political associates, the aspirant urged party faithful not to be discouraged by concerns surrounding aspects of the internal process, insisting that commitment to the broader vision of the APC remained paramount.
He said sustaining the party’s progressive ideals and supporting the administration’s policies were crucial to national development and political stability.
According to him, backing President Tinubu’s leadership was essential to the continuity of the administration’s “Renewed Hope” agenda aimed at driving economic growth and national transformation.
“The Renewed Hope agenda is a project that must continue for the progress and future of our nation. While there may be concerns in internal processes, our commitment to the larger vision of development and national growth must remain unwavering,” Ajongbolo stated.
He also appealed to his supporters across Akoko South East and Akoko South West to remain peaceful, united and focused throughout the political process.
Ajongbolo expressed confidence that the APC leadership would address concerns raised by stakeholders while strengthening internal democracy within the party.
Political observers say the mobilisation move reflects the aspirant’s efforts to consolidate grassroots support and align his political structure with the broader objectives of the ruling party ahead of future elections.
