A member of the House of Representatives representing Ikeja Federal Constituency, James Faleke, on Tuesday obtained the All Progressives Congress Expression of Interest and Nomination forms for President Bola Tinubu ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
The forms, pegged at ₦100 million, were formally handed over to the lawmaker at the party’s National Secretariat in Abuja by the APC National Organising Secretary, Sulaiman Argungu.
The development signals an early move within the ruling party towards Tinubu’s potential re-election bid, as political activities gradually begin to gather momentum ahead of the next general elections.
Earlier in April, the APC had announced the cost of its nomination forms as part of its election timetable, fixing the presidential forms at ₦100 million.
The party also set the fees for other elective positions, with governorship forms priced at ₦50 million, Senate at ₦20 million, House of Representatives at ₦10 million, and State Assembly at ₦5 million.
