A 45-year-old man, Aramide Tito, was on Monday docked in a Badagry chief magistrates’ court in Lagos for allegedly starving and assaulting his 11-year-old stepson. The police command in Kaduna says its operatives have detained two cattle rustlers, two notorious gunrunners and three alleged kidnappers.
